Mary to appear four times in Lebanon
In mid-November, Medjugorje visionary Ivan Dragicevic will have four apparitions of the Virgin Mary in Lebanon. A Cardinal, an Archbishop and two Bishops preside over the events. The visit comes at a time when political stability is lacking and Lebanon houses 100,000 Syrian refugees.
The Virgin Mary will appear in apparition four times in Lebanon on November 15-18 when Medjugorje visionary Ivan Dragicevic visits the country, the arranging group Friends of Mary Queen of Peace confirms.
The four apparitions take place on November 15 in Bkerke, on November 16 in Zahleh, on November 17 in Maghdoushe, and on November 18 in Emar. Hours and places can be found in the Calendar.
All four arrangements will be presided over by high-ranking prelates, starting out with Cardinal Beshara Boutros El-Rahi, Patriarch of Antioch and all The East. The three other apparitions will be attended by an Archbishop and two Bishops. Two of the four prelates represent the Maronite rite, the two others the Greek Catholic rite.
Ivan’s visit comes by a time of political and other unrest in Lebanon where the opposition has demanded Najib Mikati’s resignation as Prime Minister since March, and where about 100,000 refugees from neighboring Syria are currently housed.
Ivan’s visit to Lebanon is the second by a Medjugorje visionary in 2012. In March, visionary Marija Pavlovic-Lunetti gathered an estimated 100,000 people over two days for prayer meetings in Beirut.Join our pilgrimage, attend an apparition!
